All Dogs Training Co. exists to help dogs and their owners. We serve Houston and Austin as two separate locations, each with its own team trained, operated, and supervised by the owner, Heather. You work with the people closest to you, not a shared staff bouncing between cities.
The way we train is lifestyle based. We look at how you actually live. Neighborhood walks, people at the door, dinner, errands, a friend’s house, a weekend away. The point is a dog you can take with you and enjoy, not a dog that only behaves in a classroom.
It is also relationship based. We want a dog that listens because they want to work with you, and an owner who knows how to ask. That is a reset for both of you. We keep the work results-oriented and clear, so you are not guessing your way through the day.
We are locally owned. The person directing training is the same person whose name is on the company. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Heather’s background includes training top level show horses, managing high volume dog kennels, and 10+ years in the dog training field.
Along with the pet dog training business, Heather is a national level competitor in the sport of IGP (Schutzhund) with her Cane Corso and German Shepherd. Our trainers are also graduates of NePoPo Gold school and Starmark Academy.
There are less than 100 Corsos in the world who have achieved an IGP title, and Heather’s Corso, Vinny, has achieved a BH, FH, IGP I, IGP II, IGP III and placed first at the 2023 and 2024 Cane Corso IGP National Championship…and is Heather’s soulmate. Her love of dogs is not just a job, or a hobby, but a way of life.
Head Trainer and Training Director
The true dog whisperer. Matt has 20+ years experience training dogs in many areas, is a graduate of NePoPo Gold School, NePoPo Gold Premium, and has graduated from a 6 month Master Trainer course at Tarheel Canine. He has extensive knowledge of canine behavior, rehabilitation work, psychology, and specializes in training dogs through shaping, self discovery and relationship.
Austin Trainer
Kaylah has over 8 years experience helping owners with their dogs, as well as being a graduate of Starmark Academy. She is a dedicated and knowledgeable dog trainer who brings a versatile, results driven approach to every program, with clear communication, consistency, and structure.
This is not a franchise. Heather owns the company and directs the training. The people you talk to are the people who work with dogs, not a call center handing you a script.
Heather’s background includes show horses, high volume kennels, more than ten years in dog training, and national-level IGP competition with her own dogs. That is the standard we bring to pet dogs in Houston and Austin.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so, even if that means turning down the job. We would rather be straight with you than take a dog we cannot help well.
A dog can look perfect with a trainer and fall apart at home if nobody taught you what to do. Follow-up is part of the program. You leave knowing how to keep the change going.
